Caroline True is passionate about artistry, she has the ability to understand the soul of a project and to make it come alive. In the 1980’s and 1990’s she made her name producing music videos for Virgin Records, Limelight Films and Ridley Scott Associates and worked with artists including George Michael, The Rolling Stones, Janet Jackson, David Bowie, Lenny Kravitz and Mariah Carey.
In recent times she has chosen to spread her creative wings still further and get behind the camera. In 2007 she taught herself photography and since then has been commissioned as a freelance photographer by George Michael, Geri Halliwell, Pearl Lowe, Anna Friel, M People, The Sunday Times Magazine, The Telegraph Magazine, Storyvault Films, The Sunday Times Style Magazine, The Independent, You Magazine, Unversal Music, Sony Music, Revolver Films, Meg Matthews, Hush Restaurants and a long list of private clients.
Caroline always brings her inimitable style and keen eye to every project she works on. She has worked extensively for George Michael throughout her career and was his photographer of choice for the 2011/12 ‘Symphonica’ tour. George says of her talent, ‘Caroline has the exact thing you need, she sees the moment, and then makes it look even better.’
